Request deletion
Send an email to [email protected] from the address of your Clouty login (or the owner of the connected account) with the subject “Delete my data” and the website or ad account concerned. We will:
- delete the access tokens for your connected accounts immediately;
- delete the statistics collected for your website and ad accounts, your login and related records within 30 days;
- confirm by email once deletion is complete.
Revoke access yourself
- Facebook / Meta: Business Settings → Partners (or Ad accounts) → remove the agency's access to your ad account. Data already collected is deleted on request as above.
- Google: remove Clouty at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or remove our service account from your Search Console and Google Analytics users, or unlink our manager account in Google Ads.
- Yandex: revoke Clouty at id.yandex.ru/security.
Once access is revoked, Clouty can no longer collect new data. See the Privacy Policy for details on retention.
