Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of Clouty (clouty.app, app.clouty.app), a reporting service provided by ZiyaraGo Technologies Company, Commercial Registration 7053928433, Makkah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (“we”). By signing in or connecting a data source you accept these terms.
1. The service
Clouty collects statistics from platforms you connect (such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Yandex Metrica and Yandex Webmaster) and presents them as reports. Clouty has read-only access and does not change your campaigns, ads, budgets or website settings.
2. Accounts
Logins are created by the agency operating Clouty for you. Keep your password confidential and tell us at once about any unauthorised use. You are responsible for the people you invite to your dashboard.
3. Your data and permissions
You keep all rights to your data. You confirm that you are entitled to grant Clouty access to the accounts you connect, and you may withdraw that access at any time as described in our Privacy Policy. We process your data only to provide the service.
4. Third-party platforms
Data comes from third-party platforms under their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or changes to their APIs, which may delay or limit reports.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access data of other clients, interfere with the service, reverse engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
6. Fees
Fees, if any, are set in your separate agreement with the agency or with us.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Clouty available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change or discontinue features and will give reasonable notice of material changes.
8. Disclaimer and liability
Reports are provided “as is” for information. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using Clouty at any time. We may suspend access that breaches these terms. On termination your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of its competent courts.
