How to build a wall from several TV screens

Place your screens on a grid, choose the order, and decide whether they show the same slide or pass slides along the wall.

Steps

  1. Open My screens, scroll to Screen wall, name the group (for example Hall) and add it.
  2. Set the number of columns and rows, for example 3 by 2.
  3. Drag each screen to its cell, or click a screen and then a cell. Pick its shape: horizontal, vertical or square.
  4. Choose the order: left to right, right to left, top to bottom or bottom to top. Arabic menus usually read right to left.
  5. Choose the same slide on all screens, or slides running across the wall.
  6. Press Show numbers on TV. Each screen shows its position number for 90 seconds, so you can check that the grid matches the real wall.

Same or running

With the same slide, every screen shows the same content at the same moment. With running slides, screen 1 shows slide 1, screen 2 shows slide 2 and so on, then all move one step, so a long playlist runs across the whole wall.

Tip

Give every screen of a wall the same playlist. The wall settings decide which screen shows what.
